Access to pkr50 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Age is verified via Pakistani CNIC or passport during registration. Minors are permanently prohibited from creating accounts or placing wagers.
Each player may hold only one active pkr50 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure, forfeiture of balances, and permanent suspension. Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits detailed in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to abuse bonus structures, including through multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in bonus cancellation and account review.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkr50 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular location and accepts no liability for use of the Platform where it may be restricted or prohibited by applicable local laws.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. When registering for a pkr50 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number in the 03XX format, your date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 Single Account. Each individual may only maintain one registered account on the pkr50 Platform at any given time. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identifying details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.5 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of pkr50 and its affiliated entities, technology providers, and game suppliers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr50 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pkr50 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify pkr50 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of account security.
3.3 Account Currency. All pkr50 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr50 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Deposits made via methods that settle in other currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, which may include a small conversion margin applied by the relevant payment provider.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. pkr50 reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee from dormant account balances in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, details of which are available from the support team. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pkr50 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course before account closure is finalised. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkr50 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. pkr50 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation within the Platform.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in your own name. pkr50 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. pkr50 endeavours to process withdrawal requests on the same business day they are received, subject to completion of any required security or verification checks. Actual crediting times are subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider and are outside the direct control of pkr50.
4.5 Transaction Fees. pkr50 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or charges, for which pkr50 accepts no responsibility.
4.6 Declined Transactions. pkr50 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
5.1 Promotion Eligibility. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pkr50 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to your pkr50 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. pkr50 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, exploiting promotional structures through low-risk or hedged wagering strategies, or coordinating play with other accounts to artificially satisfy wagering requirements.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.5 Modification of Promotions. pkr50 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification taking effect.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games on the pkr50 Platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All sportsbook and virtual sports outcomes are determined by independent means. pkr50 does not influence or manipulate game or betting outcomes in any way.

6.3 Manifest Errors. In the event that a game result, odds quotation, payout, or any other element of the Platform is displayed or recorded as a result of a manifest error (including typographical errors, system faults, or data feed failures), pkr50 reserves the right to void all affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-transaction state.
6.4 PSL and Cricket Markets. Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international Test matches, and T20I fixtures, are subject to the specific settlement rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or rescheduled, settlement will follow the rules applicable at the time the bet was accepted.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game interface or market at the time of wagering. pkr50 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr50 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
8.1 Verification Obligation. pkr50 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a clear copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back), a current passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and proof of payment method ownership.
8.2 Ongoing Monitoring. pkr50 may request updated or additional verification documentation at any point during your use of the Platform in compliance with its ongoing anti-money laundering and know-your-customer obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified may result in temporary account restrictions.
8.3 Data Retention. All KYC documentation submitted to pkr50 is stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are retained for the period required by applicable regulatory obligations.
9.1 All content on the pkr50 Platform, including but not limited to the pkr50 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and databases, is the exclusive property of pkr50 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 pkr50 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of business, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pkr50 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 pkr50's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr50 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by pkr50's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11.1 pkr50 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. We recognise that gambling, while an entertaining pastime for the majority of our players across Pakistan, can become problematic for some individuals.

13.1 pkr50 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
13.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, pkr50 may withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, pkr50 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance as compensation for losses incurred as a result of the breach.
13.3 Termination of your account does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party existing as at the date of termination, nor does it affect the continuation of any provisions of these Terms that are expressed or implied to survive termination.
14.1 pkr50 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the Platform with the revised "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Where changes are material, pkr50 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 3.5 above.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkr50's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation.
15.2 Complaints Procedure.
